The building absorbs the irregular shape of the plot, presenting a linear facade with canopy to the park side. The plan that results from this, accommodates the flow of interventions. The vehicle hall has a dominant presence within the plan, though it is merely the endpoint of the intervention trajectory that starts at the residential areas with sleeping quarters on the first floor, accessible through simple internal circulation.

The entrance, changing rooms, technical rooms, workshop, radio room, storage, and other essential areas are precisely planned on the ground floor so that the sequence of actions during an intervention can be carried out efficiently. The first floor houses offices with a meeting room, an archive room, the canteen, and the classroom. The construction of the barracks clearly shows the assembly process. Wooden beams supported by concrete columns, wooden wall finishes, and high-quality acoustics provide a pleasant and peaceful backdrop for this emergency response base.
